This Pricespotter entry elicited yawns: no comments at all, and few guesses. And the guesses were all over the place (as are North Haven prices, we think, which was why we thought this would be a good choice). Anyway, the most popular guess was $2,900,000, slightly higher than the actual ask. Incidentally, this property is a flip. It sold for $1,650,000 in December 2014; it's been extensively redone and now asking almost a million more. Think they'll get it?
