Yep. This new build in the Olde Town development is packed with every feature the developers could think of, from a sunken turf tennis court with pavilion, an enormous gunite pool with negative edge on one side and lounges on a beach entry side (with a pool house of course), roof deck with putting green, outdoor kitchen with firepit, and the piece de resistance for the connoisseur in the lower level. Play the legendary sport of kings in your own home, a game known for its elegance, sophistication and glamour: yes, of course we're speaking of bowling. Now you can have your very own alley! (At least you can rub it in Joe Farrell's face that you have a private bowling alley in the Hamptons, too.) Also in the lower level is a bar and billiards table, as well as a wine cellar. The home theater sports comfy chaise longues and a fun sparkly ceiling.
The house itself, known as Twin Peaks, is a massive 15,500sf, with 10 bedrooms and 12.5 baths in all. That includes a two-bedroom guest-staff wing. The kitchen, inside a great room, is huge, but there's also another chef's kitchen for pros, caterers, etc. The master bedroom suite includes his-and-hers baths and there's another master on the ground floor. And there are three staircases and an elevator. All this is rather tastefully decorated. Is it worth $45M? Who knows, but it's a lot of fun.
