This cute cottage is in Lazy Point, the rugged, picturesque part of northern Napeague. It's very small at 800sf, but there are two bedrooms, a renovated bathroom, and is move-in ready. Land is 0.15 acre and includes a patio and an extremely cute accessory structure. (Make your annoying relative sleep there.) Asking price of $749K is fairly reasonable; of course, there are flooding concerns at Lazy Point, but our guess is that this house is far enough from the water not to make it a huge concern.
