Tie this week. We'll count it as a win, though, just cause we're nice that way. This listing didn't generate many comments, probably because it's an empty new-build. We did like a few features, like the contemporary fireplaces and the built-in firepit. One commenter said, "I could work with this, it is a pretty decent blank palette, although I loathe both pergolas and circular driveways." Really? What's wrong with 'em? Pergolas seem more and more popular, and we hate backing out, so we're in favor of both.
