The rumor in Sag Harbor is that the chef at the new restaurant at the Baron's Cove hotel, now being renovated by Cape Advisors (the folks behind Watchcase), which is slated to open this spring, will be Matt Boudreau, best known for the Vine Street Café on Shelter Island. Patrick Mclaughlin at the Hamptons Chatter blog would like to urge Matt to put his bolognese on the menu. [LINK]
