Anyone out there in the Curbediverse know the deal with this property? We think it's a fairly new-build Farrell house that's been remodeled/redecorated. It was previously for sale for $6.95M; now the asking price is $9.95M and some of the interiors look redesigned. The house is offered fully furnished (as rich folks prefer), and it sports a rooftop deck (which is getting more and more popular, and it means the house can be considered oceanview) as well as solar panels. All in all, there are six bedrooms, 6.5 baths in 6200sf; the lower level includes a home theater and "rooms for staff." Outside, there is one acre of land with a pool and spa, pool house, and outdoor shower. Do all these improvements add $3M to the value?
