Contemporary in the Noyack Woods Hits the Pricechopper

New, 4 comments

When this property hit the market back in July, everyone liked it. Built in 1996, it still seems fresh as a daisy. Commenters wrote: "Love this. A few cabinet, counter, lighting and floor updates in kitchen and baths and it could be spectacular." and "Other than a bit of tweaking here and there (those lights above the mirrors in the bathroom have got to go) it's excellent as is!" and "Love this place! The curved railings and spiral staircase would have to go. And the normal bath/kitchen upgrades. But it's a great example of contemporary."

Even the asking price, $2.495M, seemed reasonable. So why hasn't anyone snapped up this attractive house? It's still available, now with $200K sliced off the price.

There's 3700sf of space, with five bedrooms, each with a private balcony, and four baths. The pool house has a sauna and full bath too, and there's a tennis court and garage. The 2.43 acres of land is wooded and private, overlooking the Noyac golf course.
