Now Anderson Cooper's House Can Be Yours for Less

New, 2 comments

Although we're no longer on speaking terms with Anderson Cooper after he put both his Quiogue properties on the market, preferring to spend his time in some hellhole apparently called Litchfield County, we still like his houses. And now this one, which he bought in 2012 right next to his own house, has been paid a visit by the Pricechopper. Asking price for the 3600sf, six-bedroom property, with 2.4 acres on Aspatuck Creek, has been cut from $2.99M down to $2.599, a reduction of 13%. Will that attract a buyer?
