When we checked in with this horse farm back in May, the price had just been cut to $9.5M, which included the lovely c. 1913 house and about ten acres of land. Over the summer, the other 12 acres of land belonging to the property was added to the listing for a price of $12M. This week the price has been cut another $1.5M down to $10.5M, which includes 22 acres of land. As you can see, the ask has been up and down over the nearly four years this property's been on the market.
The main house needs some work, that's definite. We don't know why the owners don't replace the heinous 80s laminate kitchen and have the place staged. Still, if buyers are prepared to renovate, they will be rewarded with a lovely old 5500sf home, stabling and a tack house, a pretty pool and pool house, two ponds where the owners' children used to skate in the winter, and 65 acres of conservation land to the west.
