Too easy again this week! Comments were mostly negative. "I have been in this house. So gross. It needs to be taken down. Only worth the land value and between a motel and parking lot. I say it is really worth somewhere under $2M." but also, "This is a great house for someone or a couple who wants just a simple, no fuss beach house 12 to 15 weekends a year. Just paint and decorate the inside, fix the bathrooms and leave the rest alone. Shabby chic. I would rather be on the beach in this house than anything, no matter how grand one mile in."
