There's a disappointing dearth of photos for this new-build: perhaps it isn't quite finished? The kitchen looks gorgeous with marble counters and dark wood cabinets. All in all, there are five bedrooms, six baths, in 3000sf. There are two living rooms with fireplaces, a den, a dining room that opens to the pool. The property is fairly close to the bay; it sold as a teardown in March 2013 for $456K. $2.25M seems fair, given the quality of the finishes.
