We're not sure of the age of this house—Zillow says built 1921, which is surely wrong—but judging by the center chimney, low ceilings, and the 16" wide plank pine floors, it must be a good 200 years old. With plenty of charm, fireplaces, quirky old features, the house isn't huge at 1800sf, but there are four bedrooms and two baths. There also isn't a pool, but with 1.23 acre and a separate cottage on the grounds, there's plenty of room to add one with pool house. So the new owner would probably want to update the kitchen, bathrooms (not pictured), and add a pool, but there are worse problems than having to lovingly renovate your historic Southampton home. Price is $1.975M, which seems high.
