Back in February, when this property debuted on the market, commenters argued about whether it was a teardown or not. Guess we'll see. We thought it was fairly priced for what it is. While the exterior doesn't appeal to us, it is light, bright, and fairly spacious (3000sf) inside. There are three bedrooms and three baths; we love the master bath with that great tub and the pebbly tile floor. Outside, there is nearly an acre of land with a 45' pool and a path to the beach. The property previously sold in October 2011 for $4M; a similar sized house nearby on Meadowlark sold for $8.7M last May, however.
