Nope. You guys were waaayyyy off this week. Or, probably more to the point, the actual asking price is waaayyyy off. Everyone was underwhelmed with this dated house. One commenter wrote, "$6M is the starting point? Is this on the ocean but not in the pics??!! Shouldn't be more than $2.5M" while another thought that "2.2 acres is nothing to sneeze at but I wouldn't pay more than 300K for the interior and even that's a stretch." We think the price is going to have to head far south to secure a sale.
