Let's get the specifics out of the way first: one acre of prime SOH land, price $4.5M. The house, which is 4192sf with five beds and 4.5 baths, probably doesn't matter because it'll most likely be demolished before they even finish the deck in the kitchen. Many of the pictures are kind of inexplicable: what's the green box like thing in one picture of the kitchen? Is the sauna in the master bathroom haunted? What color is that Jacuzzi? (Band-Aid pink?) The world may never know.
