Well, well, well. Look what historic mansion is in contract once more, after having been purchased last December and then put up for sale again weeks later. The Wooldon Manor property had been broken into the house plus four lots.
The house was $48M, Lots 1 and 3 were $15M each, while Lot 4 was $11.5M and Lot 2 was $14.5M. Since the house appears to be in contract for $63M, we assume a buyer is purchasing the house plus Lot 1, which is directly contiguous. However, Lot 2 appears to be in contract as well, for $30M. So basically, we don't know right now how much of the estate someone is buying.
The question is, who is the buyer?
