Renovated 1940s Harborfront on Shelter Island for $3.995M

New, 14 comments

The owners renovated this 1940s property with taste and style—we like that they retained the vintage knotty pine paneling, yet added up to the minute kitchens and bathrooms. The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and there is also a guest cottage two bedrooms and one bath. The main attraction, though, is outside: lovely views of Coecles Harbor and a stone patio that makes the most of the views. There isn't a pool, but with 2.5 acres, there is plenty of room for one.
