Delmonico's of Southampton will open for its second season on Monday, April 28th. Offering fresh seafood and farm-to-table dishes sourced from its onsite garden, Delmonico's is also introducing an alfresco raw bar called "The Pearl" with freshly harvested oysters and frutti di mare. Delmonico's will be participating in Long Island Restaurant Week, April 27th through May 4th, with 3-course prix fixe dinners for $27.95 per person. "With so much rich history and panache, we couldn't think of a more perfect coastal location for Delmonico's than Southampton," said Dennis Turcinovic, owner and managing partner of Delmonico's Restaurant Group.
