Art Dealer's Stunning Lily Pond Lane Property in Contract

New, 3 comments

Just about two years ago, this beautiful original 1900s beach house was put on the market by art dealer Bernard Goldberg, asking $40M. Most people scoffed that he wouldn't get that price. And he didn't. Well, probably. The property is now in contract and the last ask was $29.95M. For that, you get the lovely original house (probably without the beautiful Arts and Crafts furniture, sadly), 1.25 acres of land that's "reinforced with a massive revetment that with its high capacity generator and security system provide top levels of protection" and ocean and pond views to die for. There's also a cottage/carriage house, a nice sized pool, and extensive decking.
