This house was thoughtfully designed to make the most of the views. It's upside-down, so that the upper levels offer a panorama of the Atlantic Ocean, while the bedrooms on the lower level face the dunes, and you can get to the lower level via elevator. The gunite pool is also raised for ocean viewing when sunning or swimming. The interiors are a little fussy, but easy enough to freshen them up. There's five bedrooms, 6.5 baths in 4400sf. For this stretch of beachfront, the plot is generous at 0.75 acre, with 160 feet of your own beachfront. Price seems a bit high—179 Marine Blvd sold last November for $7.3M, although that was a smaller property (0.47 acre) with a pool we described as "a glorified hot tub."
