"The guys that operate Roadrunner Taxi and The End Taxi are being put out of business because East Hampton town has passed a law that says that they must maintain a commercially zoned office to continue to operate legally. [The law should] be changed to exclude this rule as it would be prohibitively expensive for these and other small companies to operate. All the out of town cabs invade this area for 8 weekends and then disappear." [Curbedwire]
