The Skinny: This newly built modern house, designed by Bates Masi, is near the ocean. Though small, it is filled with light and constructed to the highest standards. It does have some odd (or intriguing, depending on how you look at it) details, such as the glass wall between the bedrooms. We love the orange glass in the bathroom.
