Regarding a new house designed and built by Michael Davis: "I took a tour of this house. … As usual, MD hasn't put enough bedrooms upstairs given size of the house. Four upstairs, the rest are dispersed in basement, over garage, and on first floor. If I'm spending $20+ million, I think 5 bedrooms upstairs isn't too much to ask. … Farrell's houses with similar square footage typically have 5-6. (although interiors of Michael's houses are far superior to Farrell's in almost every way)." [Curbed Comments]
