The other day, we opened up the discussion regarding the skyrocketing prices in Sag Harbor. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath is not following the same trend. Its most recent trip to the pricechopper (btw, this was the 3rd visit), knocked the price down another $100K. Currently asking $1.495M, we're wondering if this 6.3% discount is enough to hook a buyer. The décor is okay, but SH is usually a safe bet for resale. However, we're not sure how much water access you actually get and being far from the village is typically not a selling feature. Given the market, is this house fairly priced? Tell us what you think!
