The Skinny: This traditional is located in the estate section of the village. The listing says it offers a "bright eat in country kitchen" but it's not pictured, nor are any of the bathrooms, so we assume the place needs some renovation. (First thing on the list would be that weird tiled fireplace.) The gardens look nice, though, and there's a gunite pool and patio.
So...how much do you think they're asking for it?
