The members of Noyac Golf Course (51 Wildwood Rd) are being asked to vote (online) on a "unique opportunity" to purchase 79 Wildwood Rd for $700,000. In past seasons the Club has needed to provide staff housing for its seasonal employees using a property it owns (5 Wildwood Rd) and a rental house for the purpose. It will likely be approved (you know how Club management gets done what they wish); however, after the past season when many of Noyac's greens were an embarrassment, some are wondering why management is focusing here and not on the main issue.
While the purchase price for the staff housing seems reasonable, the question also seems reasonable. Any members care to weigh in?
