This weekend, check out some mostly local artists showing their work in Springs. Artists Kirsten Benfield, Jerry Schwabe, Rich Mothes and Jennifer Satinsky are represented in the exhibition, called "Winter of Content." Kirsten Benfield, who lives and works in East Hampton, records local landscapes and seasonal still lifes in watercolor. Jerry Schwabe works in photography and painting, often with beach scenes. Originally from East Hampton, Rich Mothes experiments with styles and materials, and Jennifer Satinsky, who recently moved to Amagansett, is passionate about fine art boudoir photography.
The show will be open from 10AM to 8PM on Saturday, 10AM to 5PM on Sunday and 10AM to 4 PM on Monday. A reception will take place on Saturday evening from 4-8PM.
