Sweet and Petite in East Hampton Village, Asking $1.695M

New, 12 comments

This early 1800s farmhouse has been really tastefully updated and opened up, with "a mix of natural materials, exposed beams and original period lighting fixtures." (Though the old weathered wood in the living room adds character, it might make the place too dark.) It's quite small at only 1500sf, with two bedrooms and two baths. The plot is small too at 0.23 of an acre, but there is room for a pool and the wisteria-covered pergola is lovely. The property is south of the highway, just, and hey, the new owners wouldn't have to worry about parking at the CVS! Price seems realistic; what do you think?
