The listing begins, "Very few homes and/or properties ever become available in this exceptional location offering uncompromising privacy and seclusion," and we'd have to agree. There are almost three acres with frontage on Georgica Pond, right across from the ocean. So great location, reasonable price, plenty of land, pretty gardens, nice pool—what's the catch? Probably the house, which is unpretentious and charming, not to mention small for an almost-twenty-million-dollar property at 4000sf. There are only four bedrooms, too. Is this a teardown? Guess we'll wait and see.
