The Skinny: This charming 1920s house is juuuust outside the village boundaries. "Super-sized eat-in kitchen has been recently renovated to include farmer's sink, wet bar, stainless steel appliances, DeLonghi double wall ovens, gas cooktop and over-sized center island." The old stove in the living room is a nice period feature but makes for awkward TV placement. There's a pool and two outbuildings, one of which serves as a poolhouse.
