This large (4500sf) modern style house used to be a plain Jane ranch, which sold for $800K in January 2013. Now it's been expanded and completely redone with all the latest bells and whistles, including wine storage, Sonos sound system, gunite pool, designer lighting, and metal roof. There are four bedrooms, five baths, and a finished lower level. The plot is still small at 0.33 acres, but that's not bad for Sag Harbor. Price is ambitious, we think, even though the renovation has been done well.
