There's a pool with a new pool house complete with kitchen, sleeping loft, and bath with copper tub. (Love that!) Still not enough? There's also a guest cottage with kitchenette, sleeping loft and sitting area. All that and charm to spare.
Commenters liked the house, if not the location. "Beautiful and classic, if you deign to live in Quogue." "Agree. But alas, it is in Quogue. Pity." It took a while but the property finally found a buyer, closing last month. Asking price was $4.995M; it traded for $3.8M. Someone got a good buy.
