However, that property is 5.75 acres, just about twice as large as this one; the house 9400sf, about three times the size of this; and that included a tennis court and pool, which this property doesn't.
Leaving price aside, this is a very nice house. It's 3300sf with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There are 2.9 acres of land, and it's waterfront, of course, with private beach and lovely views. The kitchen is attractive and homey and the master bedroom has a nice high ceiling and fireplace, along with a spacious master bath. All in all, an appealing property.
