Yesterday we posted about a sweet shingled cottage on Moses Lane in Southampton. Now here's another one just down the street, also shingled and hydrangea'd. This one is asking $2.25M, $750K less than the other. It is a small 1551sf, with four bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There's a new 20x40 pool out back; the plot size is 0.48 acres. Yesterday's cottage also has a pool, with a bigger plot (0.68-acre) and a larger house with guest house, studio and separate garage. That house also looked to be more recently renovated than this one; the kitchen here is straight out of the 80s. Not good enough? Knock it down! Today's listing notes that the property size "could support a 4000 +/- square foot home."
