This is a great option for anyone who wants an easy living situation. You can walk anywhere in the village from this property, including to the Jitney stop for summer visitors, or the movies, or restaurants, and so on. The interiors look a little plain and charmless in the listing photos, but the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice, and some pictures and curtains and rugs will give the interiors some personality. Outside, there are pretty, secluded gardens and a gunite pool on 0.2 acre. Price seems a little high; there are cheaper options in the village, but this is a desirable street and there is a pool. The property last sold in September 2003 for $955,000.
