We posted about this house back in April, when it first hit the market asking $23 million. It sold in December for $21M. Built by Michael Davis, the listing stated that the house "incorporates the latest technologies and systems but feels authentic like a 100-year old home." We liked the window seats and variety of fireplace surrounds that give it a nostalgic feel. (We weren't crazy about the kitchen, but that's a minor niggle.) There are nine bedrooms and 10.5 baths in 8400sf set on a generous four acre plot. Outside, there's a 20' x 60' saltwater pool, a tennis court, with the obligatory pool house with steam room and sauna.
