The updated shabby chic décor in this south-of-the-highway property is very appealing. What's the hip pattern for spring 2014? Chevrons, bitches! The kitchen is newly renovated with a farm sink and white appliances, and the family/dining room, which was obviously added on to the house at some point, is bright and cheerful. We love the painted wood and funky rugs. The house isn't huge at 2500sf, but there are five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Outside there's a heated pool on the 0.34 acre plot. Price seems a little ambitious; your thoughts in the comments.
