First up is the place above, designed by the well-known modernist architect Charles Forberg. This is the first time it's available for sale. You get an open floor plan with a south-facing wall of glass, five bedrooms and three baths in 3200 sf. There's 1.38 acres of lush grass in tony Sagaponack. Will slicing $255K off the price do the trick?

We're crazy about the historic George Osborne House. This early 20th century Queen Anne-style house is on Curbed's architectural walking tour, as a matter of fact. We guess the location, right on East Hampton's Main Street, is holding the nicely updated 6000sf house back so far. And true, .43 acre isn't a huge plot of land. What do you think the final price will be?

This spacious (10,000sf) nine bedroom country house, was built in 1924 and renovated three years ago. It has a gracious old world feel with a pretty library, screened porch, pool and pool house, and a putting green. All this right across from Westhampton Beach Country Club. We'll see if this price cut manages to attract a buyer.
