The front elevation of this house is stunning--not in a good way, in a "what the hell were they thinking" way. It's a 3000sf, four bedroom, three-and-a-half bath contemporary set on 1.10 acres with a pool and "expansive decking" in Hither Woods. We figure it's pretty much doomed to be a teardown. The asking price isn't bad for an acre in that area, which is very close to the beach, although the wooded setting appears to preclude any waterview.
