For around $300 an hour (plus ingredients), Pasquale Langella will stretch and shape his legendary cheese on demand on the lawn, deck, or beach of your choice. But for those that require smaller portions, the cheese is also just available for purchase at the Red Horse Market in East Hampton (that he also co-owns) and the Serene Green farmstand in Noyac.
