Nick & Toni's Celebrates 25 Years with Classic Menus

Nick & Toni's, which opened way back in August 1988, celebrates its 25th anniversary with a retro menu starting this Saturday, August 3rd. Returning will be some of the most popular menu items from over the years, and a percentage of food sales during this week will be donated to food pantries in Springs & East Hampton. The classic menu items are as follows:

August 3rd – August 7th
1988 Fried Calamari with Ponzu Sauce
1988 Spaghetti with Fresh Tomatoes & Herbs
1989 Beet Ravioli with Poppy Seeds
1989 Quail with Dried Cherries & Vin Santo
1991 Mixed Seafood Salad
1992 Warm White Bean Salad with Arugula, Shaved Red Onion & Grana Padano
1995 Tuna Steak with Tomatoes, Capers & Olives

August 8th – August 11th
1988 Steamed Mussels with White Wine & Garlic
1989 Beet Ravioli with Poppy Seeds
1989 Grilled rabbit with Roasted Vidalia Onions & Sweet Fennel
1990 Panzanella
1993 Linguini with Shrimp, Lemon & Arugula
1993 Cataplana - Local Littleneck Clams, Mussels Shrimp & Merguez Sausage
1994 Salad of Bitter Greens, Balsamic Roasted Vidalia Onions & Crumbled Blue Cheese

For dessert, original pastry chef (& owner) Toni Ross will make Serious Chocolate Cake Tiramisu Vanilla Ice Cream with Espresso.
