This looks to be a perfect relaxing beach house. We're nuts about the open airy feel, the retro 70s style stainless fireplace, the high-end appliances, the steam shower in the master bath, the Japanese soaking tub, the infinity pool, the waterfront setting—pretty much everything. It's also newly built a few years ago, so maintenance is not a concern. The only caveat we have is the price; we're thinking $2.5M is high. There are three bedrooms and three baths in 2050sf set on .6 acre.
