Mallets Up in Bridgehampton

New, 4 comments

The horsey set was out in full force yesterday at the freshly renovated Two Trees Farm in Bridgehampton. Celebrating Bridgehampton Polo Club's 17th annual opening day, the event appeared to be as much about the fashionable crowd as it was about the galloping steeds racing down the field. The day included the usual suspects of divot stomping, champagne sipping, and sweating out your body weight while attempting to look chic. Tutto Il Giorno, one of the Hamptons' hautest eateries, was on hand providing Tutto to Go picnic-style bites for attendees. In the VIP section, Escada doled out fashion-forward black and white umbrellas. Trust us, given the humidity, we were grateful for the shade! Peter Brant's White Birch Farm defeated Victor Vargas' Lechuza Caracas.
