This house reminds us of the places detailed in the great Weekend Utopia: Modern Living in the Hamptons book. Known as the Butterfly House for its swooping roofline, it's an unspoiled artist's summer house, designed in 1964 by architect Henry T. Howard. There are three bedrooms, one of which has a foldable wall that connects to the great room, and two baths. Outside, there's room for a kidney-shaped pool on .58 of an acre.
