Art much? This weekend is all about the love affair that the Hamptons has with modern art (or just looking cool at parties). Hosted by Norwood, we attended the preview soiree for artMRKT at the Bridgehampton Historical Society on Thursday night. Showcasing everything from traditional landscapes to oversize sculptures, the fair unabashedly commented on society with a bold tongue-in-cheek bravado. We were particularly taken with Andy Warhol's photographs at the Eric Firestone Gallery. Running through today, July 14th, it's time to get your art on!
