Last week we wrote about a new spec house at 74 Ericas Lane. Those pictures were posted by a real estate company that does not have the listing. The actual construction company, Sagaponack Builders, who will be building on that lot is well regarded on the East End. Joan Limongello, construction manager, has been building high end spec and custom houses in the Hamptons for over 30 years. She has an impeccable reputation. We look forward to bringing you pictures of the residence once they're ready.
