Georgica billionaire Stewie Rahr apparently sent out a sex tape of himself and several young women in the back of a limo to friends Monday night. No word on whether the "King of All Fun" forwarded the recording to pal Bill Clinton. Apparently the orange-faced Rahr was celebrating his $250M divorce from wife Carol after a 43 year marriage.
