Really quiet neighborhood: across the street is Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Which doesn't bother us in the slightest, actually. This house manages to avoid the horrible clichés of most newly built houses, like Palladian windows or gambrel roofs (although the TV is over the fireplace, sigh), but does offer some of the nicer trends like Carrera marble in the master bath and laundry rooms on each floor. It was designed by local architect Erica Bröberg Smith. The millwork is also really lovely with plenty of custom built-ins. There are 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths in 3200sf on .33 acre. Gunite pool out back, of course.
