You can't walk around the Hamptons very long without tripping over a celebrity. (Um, sorry, Mr. De Niro.) New Hamptons homeowners include Jennifer Lopez, who bought a place in Water Mill for a reported $9.995 million. Brooke Shields bought the Southampton property of former New York Giant Vyto Kab for approximately $4.3 million. Hugh "Wolverine" Jackman looked in Water Mill, but hasn't purchased anything yet that we know about. Matt Lauer's plans to build a horse farm in Brideghampton were temporarily reined in. Sellers include George Stephanopoulos and Alexandra Wentworth, who are looking for a new place. Kelly Bensimon sold her house for a little more than the final asking price of $5.5 million. Hamptons lovers Bill and Hillary Clinton were rumored to be looking for a house, but haven't bitten yet. They're renting the same Lily Pond Lane House as last year. C'mon, Bill and Hillary, you know you want your own place out here! Go for it!
