This house has pretty much everything you could want in a traditional Sag Harbor residence. The building itself was constructed in 1840. The compact (.20 acre) grounds feature beaucoup hydrangeas which are overlooked by a screened-in porch. There's also an artist's studio. Inside, there's charm galore, with a fireplace in the living room and a vintage-looking kitchen next to a laundry room, pantry and utility room. There are four bedrooms, one with a fireplace, in 2600sf. And whoever buys it: don't change the charming vintage bathrooms or I will put a hex on you. What do you think of the price?
